Return/Exchange Policy

There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS, DO NOT RETURN SWIMWEAR/UNDERWEAR. It is against the law for us to accept it. If you ordered the wrong size, throw it away and order again.

We are a very small company. We do not keep anything in stock. All clothing is custom made to your specifications at the time of your order, whether it is ordered as a standard size or custom sizing.

As a result, we do not accept returns/exchanges of any item we sell as it is unique to you and your specifications. We cannot resell it.

We do NOT do alterations of any kind after the garment leaves our shop.

Any item found to contain manufacturer defects within 14 days of receiving your order will be replaced free of charge with the mandatory documentation.

*Manufacturer defects must be verified by PHOTO (not a video, not just a description) via email at within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Incorrect sizing provided to by the customer does not constitute manufacturer defect.

This should not need to be said, but because it needs to be said, EXCESSIVE RUBBING IS NOT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. Stop rubbing it.
