Lie down on the bed or the floor, and flaccid, measure from the left leg crease, across the "package," to the other leg crease. That is your pouch WIDTH. Divide that by 2 for your pouch size. This is a 4-way stretch fabric that looks like aluminum foil but is stretchy! Black looks like faux leather or rubber. Foil will separate from spandex backing if worn too tight. Hand wash inside out in cold water, line dry. Iron inside out on low heat. Do not bleach.
